“For the past year, Juan has been my personal trainer. When we first met, we discussed my needs and goals. I was looking to increase my cardio output, strengthen my muscular system, and better my balance. Twice in this past year, I have tripped and fallen while out walking. I know that if I had not been working out, I would not have been able to catch myself taking the edge off of the fall. As a 71 year old, I was reluctant to go out once the lockdown took effect due to Covid19. I made a plan with Juan, and each week I received two videos that he had recorded with my workout. This kept me going for three months! He now comes to the house twice a week, and we do the workout on my patio. He brings his own sanitized equipment, and I watch him sanitize it before he leaves for his next client. I have been very happy with the training I receive from Juan, and I know that you will be, too.”
