Hello everyone,

Thank you for checking us out! I am just as excited as you are to begin our journey in becoming the best that you can be through exercise. I am an alumni from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo and have a B.S. degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science! Through my experience, I have worked with a variety of individuals who have experienced many disabilities that have limited them from various movements, and still we worked on exercises that kept them healthy and strong! I believe that with exercise and determination anything is possible, and I am here to prove that to you!
